errrrm, 170mph? :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol: :lol::lol:
even if the gearing and rev limiter would allow it, given that an Astra Van has the aerodynamic properties of a brick, it would never reach 170mph.
Of course it's 170....he's used the 2.0dti gearbox:D
any change on the number/website of the place that sell the mounts, need some for a 3door project we might be starting
Wouldn't have thought so bud, if there is i'd be able to get it ya

how come your CD player is below the heat controls... mine is above:S
FPE - Feather Perfromance Engineering - 07985122769
he can do any vauxhall engine conversion you like.
the grille will hopefully be getting replaced my a plain irmscher one.
the sticker is staying :P
the back in getting carpeted out, its used for my bikes.
170mph no problems guys and if anyone wishes to give me a speed test on something that will keep up, then bring it................ I will try get a pic of the speed on my tomtom.
most of the work you can see now has been done at FPE, but ive had the van 2 years now, it started as a 1.7td, then a c20xe, now the LET, also had various diffrent looks.
i re-positioned the CD player just becuase you can, and its more out of sight and easier to play with and keep hand on gear stick.

each to their own, but Mr. Scooby STi was crying when i pulled away from him at 130 and he couldnt keep up.
I'v beaten every subaru, evo, VXR, beemer etc round my way.

kool, i think i should leave mine where is is tho, other wise with the dvd open it will cover the heater controls lol
still good to know it can be moved:)

130mph is a bit different than 170mph mate. can you prove (gear ratio calculations != proof) that it can reach 170mph? i would be willing to be money that it can't. im not ragging on you or anything, its a nice van, but making claims like that without proof is a bit ridiculous.
also, take a look at other cars that can reach 170mph. notice how they are mostly all more powerful, and more aerodynamic?
If your around skipton area take me out in it any time mate haha i'd love it. Wont be faster than mark feathers green van will it?
no its not quite as fast as marks green van esspecially when he gets his manifold made for the massive turbo he's got.

What BHP is Mark Feathers van running at, and what sort of BHP will it be running at when he gets the TURBO on and the new MANIFOLD:doublethumbs:

came over brow of a hill on a 60mph road and hit a wall trying to avoid road works.
