Original or what looks good?

OK, after a recent disagreement with a certain Northern Ireland member I just wanted to ask you this:

Do you think it is more important being original in your modifications or is it better to do what YOU feel looks good?

I showed him a picture of what I would like my boot to look like and yes, I know its not original but I think it looks awesome.

The ultimate solution is to have something original that looks good but so many things have been done to the C its getting harder and harder to be original.

Just wanting to know your views on this

at the end of the day if you are not modifying the car to how you want it to be then whats the point!

the fact is, if you want a bodykit, someones gonna have it already, if you want a set of wheels, someones already gonna have them. short of spending a small fortune for custom one-off everything there is no point worrying about if your original, just be happy with what you have done to it

^^ yeah exactly! the car should be the way you want it to be! unless you make it into a mobile halfords with neons stuck everywhere, chrome number plate surrounds and all the usual tacky crap! cuz in that case you should be shot.......
