changed my mind, bloody hell u can tell im a woman sometimes lol, erm anyway ive decided it is cheaper to get a portable dvd player and then a reasonable head unit with pretty blue bits.
only thing is that me and mercuryblade have just been shopping for the last 2 hours and i cant find anything i like, im looking to spend around £100 and im not bothered about mp3 or owt, i just want a sliver cd player with pre outs and nice blue display, and the only one ive seen had red buttons where as i just want all blue, i know im piccy but i cant help it lol.
Then we went to vauxhall and asked if they had a facia adaptor and they only had the wrong colour :( and i want to have all the bits i need tom cos im demanding sometimes :wink: , so i may send my dad shopping for the facia adaptor 2 sheffield tom whilst im at work and i dont know where i can get a head unit from that will arrive by tom, hmm wishful thinking i reckon. i may have to go shopping in Derby or summin lol
if anyone has any suggestions about the head unit please make make one, thank you! xxx
ooo and ive just read another link and it would be really nice if i could keep the steering wheel controls as well, so can anyone suggest a head unit and that i can buy an adaptor to that is within my budget....thank you sooooo much xxx
get an alpine one, think u can get the rb(blue) range for about £120 :?

this headunit is 90, its blue, mp3 as a bonus, its silver AND leaves u wid some money for the steering controls!

not sure, i kno sony have an adapter for that as i have it lol, um maybe a new thread for people who have panasonic headunits?
You can get an ISO adapter for that headunit from any decent car audio place.

not sure if its compatible but £30 is the rough price for a steering wheel adapter!

not necessarily, depends how much ICE you got!
one pre-out per amp, so unless u plan on a mega install one pre out will suffice :D
