ive got a dell axim x5 with tom tom 3 and its really good. had to get an external antenna tho cause the compact flash card i had with it was crap. But its great now. got speed camera's loaded into it aswel.

I'll take some piccy's when im home if you like. Ive got it mounted on the windscreen on the right hand side of the dashboard next to the drivers door.

Really good tho. would definatly recomend gettin one.

I'm running an IPAQ h4150 and the bluetooth TomTom GPS Unit. Works great, got us to Derby venue with a hitch.

Has intinery routing etc.

Being bluetooth, the GPS unit will sit on your dash and there is no need for an external antenna.

You'll need a car kit so add £50 on for that. Bluetooth TomTom is about £160 and an IPAQ varaies on model. I got the 4150 because of it's wireless lan ability and the fact I run a one at home and work.

also if you do a search for ipaq on here you will find a few topics where this has already been discussed.
