Is there any way to remove this and then get it back on? anyone done this before?
Any help would be greatly appreciated :D
Loads of people have asked, I dont think there is!

Pretty sure its like plastic melted to the main part

yeah you don't stand a chance, its all one piece, so has to be cut out and then fixed back on, but with this comes all sorts of problems.
Had mine trimmed in leather when had seats done and a year later the leather has started coming unstuck from the card and the card itself is coming away from the door panel.
Although saying that, it can be done if done right! Going to be re-doing mine myself very soon, just hunting down a leather colour match :wink:
