View Full Version : Cig lighter +ve/-ve
when you've got a device to put in is the centre bit poking out the +ve or -ve?
put a test lamp on and find out, put it to a different earthing point and then to the centre point and then the outside point, when the light lights up that is the positve
what?
the cigy lighter socket:
the side wall will be negative (which is kind of obvious)
thus the circle at the bottom will be positive
