Hi Guys - mods, please dont move this thread, i'll delete it myself as soon as I get an answer! Thanks :D

Right.. I was wiring in a second screen to work with my dvd/ps2 and I accidentally touched a positive on a postive in the cigarette lighter power supply. The fuse hasnt blown so im guessing the wiring itself has melted!! because theres no power from it now! I need a new source for 12v power for my ps2 (bearing in mind the power supply for my headunit is already powering the head unit and the screen. Is it safe to wire that to the back of head unit too? if not where are there more 12v supplys?

Thanks in advance!

did you replace the fuse? sometimes u cant always tell when a fuse has blown by looking at it.

well i've wired the ps2 to my battery now with a switch. But i'll try changing it anyway because i might need the cigarette lighter for something else one day
