I have a problem with connecting my phone with my Alpine KCE-300BT which is connected to my Alpine CDA-9887. My Sony Ericsson W800i pairs with the unit, then when it connects to the phone it only connects for a couple of seconds (about 2) then disconnects, it then realises that it has the Alpine bluetooth unit in range and tries to connect again, it continually does this connecting and disconnecting and does not get a solid connection. It is also the same on my brother's Sony Ericsson K800i. The earth on the Bluetooth interface is fine, as my iPod is connected through it and plays throughout trying to connect. Is there anything that I can try to get it working?
