Ive got this alarm in my car, anyone know if i can get prox. alert added to it?

hornet is owned by directed electronics (clifford viper avital etc) and theres alot of add ons thatll work between the brands so chances are u can add a prox sensor. although i cant find ur model alarm anywhere online

quite expensive tbh, cos the actual part costs 40 quid. i paid 40 for fitting and i thought that was a rip

how does it actually work?

theres a box (the prox sensor) plugs into the alarm brain. its set to the sensitivity for outside and inside, then put in either the roof lining or centre tunnel. it creates a radar field and when someone gets too close, it breaks the field and the alarm will let off a warning beep
