I have just got my facelight lights apart and i am now very stuck on deciding what finish to have.

I am thinking satin as this will blend with the black of my irmy grill and the future carbon bonnet

Any pictures would be awsome and also state whether they are gloss, matt or satin

and any problems people have had with the finishes i.e pealing, bubbling, cracking etc

cheers

:| i was thinking hard about glossy as my wheels will be refurbed in black gloss

however i just can't decide whether glossy or satin

i think matt is out the window now

whats the difference between them

Metallic black glossy is what I have now

well the gloss will shine and reflect light and look as though it is "wet" but the satin will look like a black plastic.

Spikedjack has just done his satin and i am swaying towards the satin look because the glass infront of the lights will give the glossy look even though they are satin :|

still undecided though

Satin will be easier to get a good finish on i think,
be really different and carbon film them, would match the bonnet :D

They would be insanely difficult to carbon fibre. In fact ied go so far to say it was impossible! Sure it would look the nuts though!

The actual silver bit splits into two, the main bit, and the edge surround bit. I was thinking maybe the main middle bit satin black, then the outside rim ultra blue to match the bodywork. :dontknow: Not sure if it would look good though ?
