View Full Version : A Little Update on the Cupra

Here are some update pics on the cupra. I've fitted ULTRA headlight bulbs, silver indicators, private plates and today I brought life back to the callipers using a little tcut and polish as they had faded. Been as i had the hose out i gave it a wash too.

How much did the coilovers set you back?

I'm looking at getting a KW -30mm Suspension Kit for the Fab but its £337 so might be worth going coilies?

looks spot on i would de badge it so you can have some fun with the chavs thinking its a 1.2 . how much did the silverlines cost i am thinking of dropping mine soon

thanks all for the comments

they were £425 plus £15 delivery from rimstyle or £365 for the highsports, theyre the same but not stainless unlike the silverlines. rimstyle sell them at the cheapest rate where ive looked.

a guy on ebay said he'd beat the price wherever i found them but he said he'd match the price but wont charge delivery however his site isn't running yet and wanted payment over the phone which i was a bit unhappy with so i decided to pay the extra £15

i think the silverlines have a lifetime warranty too and the highsports have 2 years, don't quote me on that tho

Lovely car. Nearly had one instead of the Corsa but was 14k. Was going to get the Diesel 160 in yellow hmmmmmm.

me 2 mate, a couple of my mates and my mam seen it yesterday, i havnt seen it since i sold it yet, just hope hes taking care of it.

thanks for all the comments, yes i agree, will look good slammed, can't wait.

i'm thinking of getting a set of euro plates and a leon cupra r splitter soon as well.

stunning mate, what a difference that polish up has made on the callipers! great job
