Law on under car lights

as title requests, does anyone know what the law is on these?

I want to get some but dont know if they are legal/illegal in the UK????

Not legal in any situation other than parked.
apparently if they match your lights i.e white front, amber sides, red back your ok.....

Isnt it something like, you can have them on as long as the lights themselves arent visible?
not true.

also if you get blue ones and are caught driving around with them on you can be done for imitating the emergency services.....

look good on proper kitted show cars with custom interior etc.

on joe bloggs's semi modded whatever, be it corsa or saxo they look shit

im ashamed to say that i used to have them on my old clio, however as i meet a lot of policemen and women, i asked them upon the legality of them before i fitted, however this was 3 and a half years ago, so it may have changed since then

i used to have them 2:woops:..... but was on a fully OTT kitted car..... and i used to get pulled all the time for them even tho you couldnt see the light tube but that was about 5/6 years ago lol

haha i think they would look nice on my silver lightning corsa sxi + 2006

not blue though, white or something who knows LOL
