    Dashboard Warning lights ? what do they mean?

    has someone got a key on what the dash warning lights mean? i dont have the car manual book, i do have a haynes book on the corsa but there not in there : (.

    i have the picutre of an engine in orange on.

    if someone would scan there manual with the warning light page on that would be great!

    no, no problems at all, ive had a look at a combo van manual which is sort of the same as the C, and that light means "Exhaust Emissions" and my standard exhaust does smell like petrol a lot, dunno if thats normal at this time of year.

    Mass Air Flow Meter mate. erm usually fails due to an induction kit being fitted that brings more air in and the ECU not being able to adjust fully. erm maybe the o2 sensor (lambda sensor) has gone causing the exhaust emmisions to come up on the dash mate

    ok, is it a major problem, should i be driving it do you think? will defo try and get it sorted asap.

    erm you can drive it but your fuel economy will have to bear the price of it mate. erm take it to a garage and get it diagnosed, you will get the code for it and then match it up to which ever it is in this thread below k mate;
