The drivers door opens manually but none of the other doors will open, not even from inside with the buttons lifted up. The key will turn to manually and open the drivers door, but even by turning it again the other doors and the petrol flap won’t open. The rear doors and passenger doors won't even open from the inside with the buttons lifted up. It seems that the doors are deadlocked and probably happened when the battery was dead for a time. I think that the BCM is locked. Is there a way to fix this?

Check the drivers side door module ( door lock from inside) and the door wire between puller A and the door. If fault with central locking start there if fuses ok. Signal goes to drivers door then to the rest of lock if this lock opens or closes. If signal is not getting to door ie from the wires broken in the rubber sleeve the locks won’t work.

Sounds more like a failed fuse or relay.
Never heard of a BCM becoming locked.
I have replaced two of the CL relays, I now hear clicking from the rear door but the doors don’t the open. I’m going to try removing fuse 1 next, if that doesn’t work then should I try Opcom?

Not sure if you have resolved this, but I had it with my meriva, I fixed it by disconnecting the wiring into the back doors by the hinge & replacing the blowing fuse. 10 years later I should fix the wiring....
