Hi,

I have got FK coilovers on my c, would it be alright do you reckon if i took the adjusters off the back and just used the springs as i want to lower mine more..

there are some people that have done this, personally im not sure how secure this would be

you would be ok to take the 2 tightening rings off but leave the bit the spring sits on.

i have done this and its fine, you can take all 3 out if you want. At the end of the day they aint there when you have the original spring so you shouldn't miss them now. People on this site have done it without probs either

I have just a plate out didnt look safe imho so didnt remove anymore

Ive got all of them out, spring just sits on the axle, havnt had no problems what so ever.
