hello i have the 1.2 one and it get hot more quick especialy if the ac is on
my fan kicks on at 97degree, should i consider to swap with an early thermostate?

Check both speeds are working on the cooling fan. With A/C the fan should start between 91-92 degrees.
You may have lost the first speed of the fan due to relay or resistor failure.

If you bridge the relay out on the board between pins 30 and 87 the fan should run with key on. There can be 4 relays with A/C though so try them all. They are all green coloured.

does corsa have different speed fan one for 90 degree and one for 97 or only one am confused

One fan but the motor spins at 2 speeds, one starts at just over 90 degrees the top speed is at around 96-97 degrees. Not all models have 2 speeds. All the ones with A/C do and most of those have a low speed that comes on a few minutes after the A/C is switched on regardless of engine temp to cool the condenser for the A/C.

on my corsa at 90 nothing happen lol
