yeah i know it isnt going to be able to run much boost as compression is far to high (11.5) i think it runs at about 6 psi.

there was someone on here who with the inlet and decat exhaust manifold was puching about 120 out of a 1.2 so i think this is feasable. also, i could have cams changed for all we know.

and u really think u can just double the power of ur car that easily!

u need top really look into it! at max i would say it would be around 130bhp

120 bhp? What's the point? Poor bhp - ÂŁ ratio that.
That's 100bhp per litre, same as my 10 year old non turbo standard engine....

Regal get a lot of stick from people with knowledge.
Years ago they sorted a calibra turbo out for me, and 3 years later running high boost all that time it's still faultless.
But....How they can put their name on a graph like that is just extraordinary.
Anyone can see it is total ******** with a hugely over-inflated loss amount.

as has been said on corsasport it is total crap!

there is no way your gona double the power of the car just by adding a bolt on turbo!
Stange that my car is putting out 255.8bhp with the same conversion for the 1.8.

It must be so much crap that mine has been verified on 2 totally independant dyno's!!

I'll try and scan them in later, but there were about another 10 members who saw it hit that power out our south east RR day!

Btw, thats with standard internals!

Everything inside the engine is standard! The it is totally reversible aswell and the power outputs are guaranteed by dibilas.
They also gurantee all the standard components for failure aswell!
Ive got low comp pistons, steel rods, LSD and paddle clutch going into mine in the new year as I want to turn the boost up and get more power.

Wayne VXR has been running his for over a year now and raggs the nuts off it everywhere without any problems.
The kit is TUV approved etc and dibilas have a very good reputation for the work they do (not just on vauxhalls). Have a look on their website!
Btw if you fancy a run against me at PVS ive no probs with it!

Before or after you fit the diff?
If you beat me, what would that prove - a stock car versus one with double it's standard power?
Fancy a drag from 150-170 instead?

Well I know I can allready beat an M3 from a rolling start to 120! I loose out after then lol

surely because the gear rations havent changed the top speed cannot change. sure it can get there faster but no matter how powerful the engine is it wont go very fast.???????

ie like cycleing as fast as u can on a bike in 1st gear

so you end up have to change gear everry 2 seconds!

Raised rev limiter will mean it gets slightly more top end, but not a dramatic ammount higher, depending on how high they set the limiter
