Right getting a custom jobby, what exactly do I require?

Want a straight through pipe with custom pipes...

So what steel etc?

Depends what work you want hunny, full cat-back? de-cat? straight though? middle box kept? split?

6x4 oval either side to work with Irmy rear.

Straight through pipe, no centre box. Cat still in, want it legal.

aslong as you keep the cat you will be fine, if you have straight through it will be louder than keeping center box, so bare that in mind too. i kept my middle pipe and just had 2 rear boxes on and its fairly quiet.
