I realized some time ago that the rear headrests absorb a lot of treble sound, radio, when taking them out. I tried that the treble rose a lot, I tried with some astra G, in case the plastic cover was to blame, and even worse xD, do they really eat so much quality? Is there any other element?

Yes, and people's heads do, also. I had this experience with playing live in small venues (my bands didn't get booked for stadium venues, or even large halls). We would soundcheck before the audience arrived but changes were always required when actually playing. The treble (lead guitars) gets absorbed by the bodies but my bass would just go straight through people all the way to the back. I was always told to turn my bass down within the first two songs, which would change the tone I had set up in my effects pedals. Really quite annoying. I used to nickname our sound engineer "rollback" because he always told me "roll the volume back a bit" halfway through the first song.
