Alrite guys, i really can't decide whether to change mine or not!I'll be spneding about £200 on one cos i want a decent one, but are they really different to the standard cd player? Is the sound quality much different?Do they go much louder?I would be looking at one with 4x 50w, does anyone have one of the alpine cd players where u can connect a sub straight to the unit. Is this any good?
Cheers!

I was like that before I changed mine, total worth it. I found mine even better when I change the front comps as well.

Here's mine

Its a Pioneer DEH P7500MP cost £300 when I got it, cheaper now

I have an alpine one where I can connect three amps to it, one front, one rear, and one dedicated to the sub, but they aint connected yet. Please note that was YET

I got it for the expansion in future months, but the quality is far greater than standard HU's, and with standard front speakers and Alpine 6x9's I can still only turn it up to 60% volume!

Alpine HU's are gonna cost you a bit more than your £200 tho. For that price, you should look at the Sony FF7700 that I was going for as this has plenty of features for the price. with a nice 4x60W internal amp.
