hi peps , ive got a 1.3 cdti and am trying to fit new injector seals as no2 is chuffing , i have no2 moving now but as there held down in pairs so i need to take out no1 aswell but no1 seems to be rock solid:banghead: . does anyone know if theres a nak to this at all or if there is a special tool to remove it , any help would be great thankyou

in my experience mate, once youv got them unplugged (dunno if its the same on a diesel but on my z18xe it was liek this) unbolt the fuel rail and then just wiggle and pull like a coont. there fairly solid but only friction fit.

soak it in wd-40 or something similar. Leave it a while and then try to twist no.1 out. If you replace an injector, then it will need to be programed into the engine ecu via tech2.

cheers guys having a right nightmare have cracked the big nut on top of injector no1 now cant belive it , injector still solid in there aswell but -top bit now
