Hi,

I recently installed the Eibach pro kit on my 1.0 to make the handling better and sportier since the car has a lot of body roll. While installing I discovered that my stabilizer bar links are bad (already ordered new ones) and my front shock absorbers are in need of replacement too. I looked for new shocks and found Koni str.t's which should be a good choice in combination with my springs. Now I'm wondering if I have to install new ones in the front AND the rear or if I can just put new ones in the front and leave the rear ones as they are (stock dampers so likely softer that the str.t ones)? If I need to replace them all I might just go with some cheaper billstein replacement shocks since I'm not planning to spend a lot on the car.

Thanks in advance,

Jorne

Use the Bilstein shocks as theyll be closer to OEM. Change them across the axle and you would with drop links, track rod ends etc....
