Hi please dont jusge i am not that good at identifying some parts my corsa failed the MOT today on the sheet it says suspension ball joint is this the bottom arm ? (Wishbone) and I have a bottom arm for my old 2005 would this fit my new 1.2 2006 ?

It could well be the same, ball joint and lower arm. Ask the tester to clarify what part has failed.
But the 2005 and 2006 Corsa C do share the same lower arms/wish bones.
The Corsa D over lapped the C on 56 plates though, both 2006. If your 2006 Corsa looks the same as your old 2005 one then the part is the same as all the Corsa C's had the same lower arms.

Take the wheel off the car, look for a photo of the part that they put you in for inspection, and without the wheel if you find out which part it is, look for the one in the worst condition, by steering ball I understand the one that directs the wheel, it is easy to change and you can do it yourself
