The cloth is the same as Corsa C sri, and they are different style seat to all the other Astra/Corsa seats i've ever seen.
Recaro have confirmed they made many seats as 1 off's for prototype and concept cars over the years. so these could well be from there? they don't look as though they have been retrimed and hardly any wear.
Cost less than buying a new pair of these seats in the standard cloth Recaro do so i'm happy!

Yes, they're completely free of that seat-belt wear along the bolster. Took me a while to get (std) leather seats not ripped to shreds there, but my driver's side still has visible rub on it.

The last owner had them in this car before i had it but didn't want to sell the seats back then, He only clocked up around 5,000 miles with them, rest of the time they sat covered up in his office.

i didnt realise you had updated this - looks smart! Any photos of the brake setup? Also - when was the TV feature?

I may be wrong, but were these the seats in the LMF Built Z20LET/ LEH red 'VXR' corsa C years back?

Looks good as always!

Yes, these are the same seats. Back in the same car now after quite a few years in storage.
Not got many photo's of the Brakes.

Used Saab 316mm disc's to get correct offset and thickness to work with the Corsa D Brembo's.
The TV feature was in the summer of 2018 after PVS, think mag came out in August or September?

Just noticed the second shot of the brakes is an old one with the old Bilstien B14 coilovers on.
It did take me over 4 years to get around to finding the correct size disc's and get them fitted and having almost 2 years out recovering from 2 crushed legs and being in a wheel chair.

Same here, returned to my Combo Tour first time since Jan (parked up since Nov) and the shiny white was a flat, pale grey. Your 2nd pic looks good - is that after a scrub and polish?

Second pic was the end of last year when i last washed it. Usually keep it covered over but as it was damp weather never got it covered.
My Blue 2.2 Corsa is in worse state as it's nearly 1 year since that was last out. Going to strip it for parts soon as i get time and my van back. Build a new car then.

So after pulling the bit's I wanted off the Blue Corsa and putting the factory engine back in I sold it to a good friend.
Started the new project car and had another operation on my foot, long story.
But now I have decided it's time to say goodbye to the Red shed 2.2 supercharged Corsa as well. I hardly drive it now 350 miles in 20 months between MOT's so it's a waste to have 2 toy cars costing £600 a year before I even take them on the road.
One last fill up then stripping out and swapping will begin before tax/insurance runs out end of April.
And yes that is 25,279 miles on the clock which is correct for the shell. Less on the engine.

I didn't click "like" because it seems sad and almost inappropriate - like saying "nice shot" when Candy's dog gets it. I get your point, though. I have bigger car eyes than I have driveway space and wallet; it takes some effort to resist. My Focus did 1k miles between MOTs and services last year, yet I still see temptations (bizarre ones, in my case; a left-hooker Renault 4TL being the latest).

Having 2 toy cars is just an extravagance really. I don't need 2, No way of getting both to a show now as the friend who has the old blue one is the only one who I would trust driving one who lives close enough and now he will be taking his car (my old one) anyway.
We used to have Renault 4 cars and vans on the farm, good ground clearance (y)
I also have this to restore now and i am part way through the work,

It's getting hard to find a decent Z18XE now. All high mileage in need of a full rebuild or silly money, cheapest way to get one is to but a Tigra B with roof faults and strip it.
I have a 36,500 mile Z14XEP spare.

I guess it depends if you want the power, is the 95bhp or whatever a Z14XEP has, enough to satisfy you? Corsa C's are gradually going up in value, but you can still buy them cheaply, i'm sure someone with your skills can fit new bearings and seals?

Silll very few Z16LER (or whatever the corsa vxr is) engines in a C...
