i've looking on the vauxhall system at work and have found that the astra-G hubs and discs(WITH ABS) are the same as combo Z17DTH, but the combo uses a different rear axle to the corsa-c and astra-G. Theres always the chance to modify a combo axle. This would need to be off a newish combo. There aren't any rear hubs in 5 stud fixing to accept discs listed for the Z17DTH corsa-c. Hope this might help.

i think the difference in the beam is for the mounting points of the calipers rather than the hubs. The hubs from both cars will probably fit, id guess all 4 stud hubs are the same diameter, and all 5 stud hubs the same diameter even if they're listed as different part numbers.
