the rest should be in the box

cupra r splitter on to irmy splitter part number from a seat dealer is:- 1ml805903

FRONT BUMPER

1) open bonnet & put on stand grab your 8mm spanner and undo the 3 8mm bolts

2) remove jack covers if you have sxi/sri side skirts 7 jack up the car a little bit (enought to get your hand inbetween arch & tyre) and grab your 10mm spanner/socket set & undo these two nuts in the arch lining turn right to undo put them in a safe place

where they are when looking at the arch (where my thumb is)

you will also need to use the t20 torx bit to undo this within the arch lining and a flat head to prise bottom part of the bumper

4) repeat to the other side

5) now you need to get under the car and prise the 3 pins thats on the subframe with the flat head screwdriver

6) now you will need to wiggle the plastic arch way from the metal arch (note ive fully removed mine but you dont need to do this) and repeat to other side

7) there will be a bracket holding the bumper in place it should just slide off

8) get your bricks positioned to where the bumper will sit (i only needed 4 you might need two in te middle) grab the bumper where you undid the 3 8mm bolts earlier and start pulling up slowly while wiggling free from lights ect and put on bricks

9) reason why you cant put it on the floor is bec this connection/wire isnt long enough until you unclip it with a flat head screwdriver

10) remove bumper out the way ready to start cutting the original v grill or to have a look at the horn

11) when happy repeat everything in reverse but if fitting a irmy grill/cupra r spliter please keep on reading

CORSA C HORN + CONNECTIONS

1) if looking for the corsa c horn it is under the crash bar on the passenger side you will need the 13mm spanner for this

connection for the horn & loom to fogs/air temp

2) when happy repeat removing bumper in reverse order but if fitting a irmy grill/cupra r spliter please keep on reading

FITTING THE IRMY GRILL DO THIS ON THE GRASS WITH A SOFT BLANKET

1) use the flat head screwdriver to prise off the chrome v grill then use the electric saw/hack saw to cut along the black line of the rest of the grill (note for the top follow where the chrome grill was just for now)

2) grab the flie & file all rough edges where the grill was

3) next you will need the tape measure and measure from the bumper to 30mm for the middle & 20mm ether side and mar/cut

4) grab the base plate & fit it so it fits inside the bottom lip to where you just cut it should sit flush/meet the paint work of the bumper if it dont keep filing the bottom lip until it does also grab the 5mm drill bit/drill & drill all baseplate holes so they go threw the bottom lip (there will be 6) take it off again

6) now you will need the rivets that come in the box push the rivets threw the baseplates and use the glue provided to the back of where it will attach to the bottom lip on the bumper push the rivets threw bottom lip/push the pins down leave to dry

7) once dry put irmy grill in the bottom of the baseplate holes and with the marker pen start marking with a v to where the grill itself would sit keep cutting bits away the top strip until the top of the irmy grill sits close to the original bumper

cutting a v in the top strip like so

8) now you will need the 5mm drill bit/drill and drill 4 hole on top of the irmy grill you must make sure threw go threw the bottom lip

i did one ether side

and two ether side of where the tab attaches to the car
]

9) now you will need the glue provided to the back of where the irmy grill will attach to the top lip on the bumper grab the 4 bigger fixings remove the screws and push the plastic fixings threw the irmy grill & top lip

10) grab the philips screwdriver & use the screws provided in to the plastic fixings you just pushed in then leave to dry

job done

11) when happy repeat removing bumper in reverse order reverse but if fitting a cupra r spliter please keep on reading

FITTING CUPRA R SPLITTER TO A IRMY SPLITTER DO THIS ON THE GRASS WITH A SOFT BLANKET

part number from seat dealer is:- 1ml805903

1) cut all tabs off like so with a stanly knife

get the 5mm drill bit/drill and drill about middle of the 6 tabs MISSING THE FIRST 2

get the hack saw and cut down the middle of the two front supports like so & drill a holes in them

4) now you will need the tape measure to try & find the middle (ish) of the bumper and mark with a pen place the middle of the cupra r splitter in the middle of the bumper NOTE THE CUPRA R SPLITTER STICKS OUT THE SAME AS THE BOTTOM OF THE IRMY SPLITTER drill both holes and use the 2x 2" self tapper screws

5) now with the rest again it needs to sit flush with the irmy splitter you may have to do one at a time starting from the middle drill them then use the 1" self tapping screw do this 12 times

6) once all done get a old rag/cloth and wrap it over the irmy splitter use the hand saw to cut the ends of the cupra r splitter level with the irmy splitter

turn bumper over & job done

7) when happy repeat removing bumper in reverse order
