Hi all

I recently bought a Corsa and seem to have a weird issue which I thought I'd try on here before trying a garage.

Basically the side lights appear to be wired up wrong. When the light switch is set to off the side lights are on (and so is the dashboard light) but when I switch it to the side lights position both the side lights and the dash light go off.

The headlights seem to work correctly.

I've taken the switch unit out, and made sure the cable is in securely and that all seems fine.

Has anybody come across this before? Is it likely to be a wiring issue or I guess a dodgy switch unit?

Any advice gratefully received.

Thanks
James

Have you checked for blown fuses. Seem to recall seeing similar and it was a fuse. Not sure if it was the one for the diagnostic connector or the one for the clocks. Check both
