So I've got a set of Spax RSX coilovers on my Corsa, M10 rear shocks and even on the softest shock absorber setting it's still insanely crashy and almost undriveable. It's stripped out in the back so fairly light but surely 50kg wouldn't make that much difference? The rear shocks clattered and rattled so much I had to put the standard shocks back on. Anybody else had this issue with Spax coilovers?

if they are soft, driving firmly is worse, but they give you comfort, if you want to run or be reliable, mounting them soft is the worst, springs also come into play, a shock absorber must go with its corresponding spring or they will not work well doing suspension toped for example

The springs are from the same set so are literally designed for these shocks. And I've tried the shocks on all 4 setting and the car is almost undrivable every way you try it. You hear and feel every tiny imperfection in the road and larger bumps make the car feel dangerous.
It's worth mentioning I have driven some genuinely unsafe cars and my Corsa now feels less stable than even a rusty Peugeot 106 with a seized rear axle.

I had Spax on my Vectra B and yes they are a very hard ride even on a car that was 1750kgs.
I put Bilstein B14 coil overs on the Corsa C to start with, had to get them re gassed and re st internally as the ride was not great. Always felt a bit harsh on rough roads so switched to a Bilstein B12 30mm fixed kit, transformed the car! very similar ride height but so much better handling and comfort.
First pic is on coil overs about half way down on front and full up at rear, second is on the fixed kit. Running on 215/35/17 tyre so a low profile and hard on their own.

These wheels are Team Dynamics Pro race 3 17" x 7.5 with ET45mm The tyres are 215/35/17 Yokohama's as they are the closest size to the standard rolling radius of 195/45/16.
I did also find Irmscher logo's that were the same size as the center caps which adds a bit more to the whole car I think?

Yeah mate, those wheels are really nice and for a long time I've been considering these wheels on mine. I got the first inspiration when I saw these at
LFC Developments Ltd.

Not plugging this company mind you but I do know they're very good.
I took this photo about 2 years ago but now I've seen your Corsa wearing then it's made me Realise just how perfect choice they are.

I got mine through Demon Tweaks as they were by far the cheapest. Had to wait 12 weeks while they were custom made though as they didn't have the correct offset for the Corsa in 17" and 4 stud. Team Dynamics had never made them that size before but did advertise them.
Those purple ones look like 15"?

I wish I'd known the make/code of that purple colour. I had a 16" SRi set sprayed that colour but in need of refurb and I couldn't find a match. Ended up selling them off and keeping a bright pink set that's a bit not me.
