They are copper if a hex head, they are a rubber o ring if T47. I get 20 of each @ a time.

Just use a T47 socket (the correct one) and it will come out fine, you've not knackered that too much by the looks of it. They are designed to be re-used. T47's are hard to find, Sealey and Snap On do them though.

Turn it as tight as you can with just the socket, then stick the handle on an give it a 1/4 turn
