Connecting iphone to standard corsa stereo?

Is there a way to connect an iphone to the standard stereo?
Sis wants to be able to do this in her Corsa....

I know there's the FM transmitters but they're pretty sh!te aren't they?

Is there another way? (Don't mention an aftermarket HU as that's plain obvious :p she may possibly get one but for now....???)

You can get a box that you unplug the aerial from the stereo and plug it into that, the from the box to the stereo. This has a jack plug on it, so you can plug in any audio device and no loss of signal

We sell a pioneer unit for £50 which has iPod control..no cd though but takes iPhone/USB so rather than messing around and spending twice...just buy the unit that will work out the box etc?
