I have a Corsa C, bought it second hand with the radio not working. Iv checked out the signal through the wires and the radio itself and they're both working fine. Iv replaced the fuse at the back of the radio and checked the F12 fuse in the fuse box. So now I'm making a mission to open the smaller fuse box located next to the battery but I am not sure which fuse it is which is related to the radio Therefore can anyone enlighten me to which fuse il be replacing or looking at when I do end up opening the lid?
And if the radio still doesn't work then yeah il take it to a professional but I'm trying to save costs as they can rip you off

Hi Hannah, sounds like you have done all the right things, if the radio itself works there cant be much wrong, have you checked fuses 12 and 35, one is connected direct to battery for the memory and the other one comes from the ignition switch accessory terminal to power the radio....its a good idea to turn the ignition on and check you have power to both sides of both of those fuses....if you have no luck there, you said you put a new fuse in the radio so you must be able to get it out, i don't know if you can see the wire colours on the back but if you can, according to the Haynes manual there are two red ones, one is permanent live and the other is live with ignition, there both red, there are some brown wires there as well, there earth, so if you could check you have power to the red ones ign on and test the earths are ok....i don't think there is any point in taking the cover off the one near the battery, i dont think there is any thing in there concerning the radio, in the main fusebox there is a little black cover in there with some extra fuses in..should tell you in your owners manual which are which, personally i would run through all the fuses in the box with the ign on, make sure there either live both sides or dead both sides, you dont want any that are live one side and dead the other, if that make s sense...good luck, from Fred in Essex.

Hiya thank you for your reply. I haven't checked fuse 35 I only checked fuse 12. And I read in another forums that there might be something wrong in one of the fuses in the fuse box next to the battery but I'm not sure? Il check 35 anyways: the wires have been tested by Halford and there is signal going through. Other than that I don't know what else to check
Thanks
