finally i have made all four of these owt of one mould with about 25 layers of fibreglass....... honestly that is no word of a lie and who will see these in the flesh they sound like solid, solid plastic.....

i no these are not to every 1's taste but i luv em.... made em and shaped em owt of styling foam and then made a clay mould.......

made em slightly tighter but can cut of sum material to get em exactly how i want em to luk like......

"easier to remove material then to add material., especially where fibreglass is concerned", that what my boss says.....lol

i think they luk well mint, they luk nice and smooth in the pics but are rough as *** and got pit holes everywhere but thats the easy bit now anyway....

one arch weighs more them my front bumper..... proper heavy.....

now i need to get rid of that front bumper and chop the side skirts up....lol :D

can't wait but still need to get the MOT passed first.....

lol...they luk well dodgy but i couldnt find any arches that go all the way round to your front bumper..... i tink i'm gonna trim em down so they aint gonna be so wide... but like a sed... easier to remove the material then to add it.....lol.....
so what you guys think..... of it when it will be finished and not how it luks now....lol

i got loads of work to do..... :(

all i need now is a combat front bumper before i start.....lol...

lol.....i want 19's now..... coz these 18's are gonna luk small.... and wid the custom spacers that are being built...(the ones where the spacer bolts in and then the wheel bolts into the spacer) they are 30mm so the offset is gonna be ET 5

if you made them yourself, why did you make them twice the size they need to be?

well i couldnt make my mind up at the time but now i think they are dun i'm gonna trim them down a little but its harder to add the fibreglass later thnen to remove it....
i'm sure you can undertsand...... u work in the trade....it pretty difficult to add fibreglass to summat like this and still keep the shape...i find it hard any way  but then again i'm still a novice at this...

yeh i was studying that when i compared them next to the car... i am defiantly gonna trim em down...only take a sec to do anyway but they are definatly gonna be wider then the combat ones.... am gonna lower it wid the 18's on and slam the biatch to the floor..... lol

will look good when done amte, but keep the bumper on there now, will look much more custom over a combat front, no offence to anyone cause I like the combat kit, no point going custom if your going to put a bumper loads of people have

they aint the normal spacers tho m8.... they are the ones that bolt into the hub first and then the wheel bolts into the spacer...therfore this ensures the bolts stay the same length and they dnt snap ;)

they are costing me a pcket tho ....

yup thats what i want :D and i no for a fact that no one is gonna hev these type of wide arches...lol.... its a shame my carz a 1.0i  top speed wid 18's on now is 70mph..... down hill wid the wind behind it.... if i keep it till christmas i'll get an engine conversion :D, lambo doors and change the colour again :D from what every i paint it next (probably that focus sti colour wid subtle gold metal flake ontop) :D
