If no light works, it would also say ground, if the road light does not work, it has an independent fuse, I do not know if the connector is the same to test with the one that works and rule out the headlight or car fault

 

The headlamp units share a common earth for the indicator, side light, dip beam and main beam so if any of those are still working you can rule out earth to the unit.
Have you checked the power and earth at the bulb connection of the headlamp unit? It is best to use a test lamp for this as a volt meter puts no load on the circuit so a poor connection/damaged wire may not show up.

 

The first and easiest thing to do is change the bulb, although this new one may be defective, and not turn on due to a faulty socket, I already saw a few

 

Me bought a corsa facelift 2021 1.2 first not working headlight me send to agent where me buy car they change a led light now headlight is direct but indicator make double shift RH have a sign for sensor &seat belts fault &back seats not open the belts (what can we do ? )
