Trying to install unbranded single din

Hey guys,

Wondering if anyone can help with this. Purchased a generic single din stereo off ebay.

It's arrived and it has a 12 pin connection on the back. It's come with a cable which is the male end of the 12 pin going to some bare wires (pictures below).

Anyone had any luck with something like this? Is there an adapter that will fit this into the Corsa quadlock connector? Or another way it can be fitted?

you will need to make your own wire harness, i had to do the same on my own radio.

You're right - it was so cheap it's not even branded!

How do you mean make my own harness? Just try and match up the wires?

you will need to purchase the right adapter harnedd for your car depnding on the year, either this one here

you will then need to cut the end off, leving the connector you need to plug into the car harness, and match the wires to that

seriously how cheap must it have been, you can get cheap ones in Halfrauds and they come ready to go, you just buy the right adapter cable. Good luck with that wiring!
