When I first bought the car I remember hearing this noise while driving that did stop overtime (Or I just didnt notice after a while)
I recently attempted to clean out my EGR which required me to take some parts off, (Diesel Filter, expansion tank, few air pipes and coolant pipes) I was unsucsessfull though as I ran out of time.
Upon starting the car again and bleeding the coolant it all sounded fine. However the first drive I started to hear the whistling noise again even while I was stopped. It's at its loudest at 2k RPM 3rd gear. It's not as loud when its hot.
Any idea on what this could be?

Video below, car was cold and stationary.

You might need to turn up your sound.

As requested but it is not too noticeable in this video at the start. Once I get into the passenger side you start to hear it more.
I will post a video tomorrow of the noise while It's moving.

Here's a video of me driving. Never went above 2500 rpm untill I did a 2nd gear pull at 1:10

Thanks for the extra videos..ironically the first video seems to be best to hear the noise, so I am basing my response on that one. This noise to be clear we are hearing the same thing thing but fro the video I can hear what I can only describe as the same noise 'kit' makes from the show night rider lol. Unless this is your phone woth some funny poor microphone. But if it is I can say I haven't heard that before. My advice would be to get it in to a garage and preferably a Vauxhall specialist garage. I know not what you wanted to hear but it sounds so unusual I don't know. Not saying it's serious just that it's usual. Sounds like it has something involving maybe water but I am just guessing hear. Hopefully other pipe up with ideas.

After a few days of living with it you don't really notice it too much. I recently changed the intake on my car which made the car louder so you don't hear the noise as much now. Taking it to Vauxhall would be a total waste of money. Thanks for the help though and if someone does know what this noise is it would be interesting to know. :)
