forge internals
both manifols
turbo
intercooler
increase fuel
remap
ect...

but time you declare the turbo to insurance. would be easier just to get a 1.8 IMO.

 

Surely u wont need to forge the internals if your only going to be running about 0.6 bar

 

depends if the corsa can handle 8/9 PSI of boost without going pop....

Need turbo fuel lines to cope with the pressure, the standard 1.2 ones burst when you turbo it init.

 

U need to put turbo fuel tank to matts to handle the boost

Apparently Regal did his timing chain and remapped his car to a MASSIVE 93bhp for £150 as well :lol:

1) I asking these questions helps me learn more about how these things work.

2) No Quinn gave me a quote for 2800 for a Zlet then now wont insure me untill im 30... Havnt really shopped around yet. (Also its for when im 19 with 2yr NCB)

3) Regal did infact replace my timing chain as i had the kit in the car and did some other things that i cant really remember was like a year ago and the reason it was so cheap was becuase a mate just spent 4k there.

It was around 90-93 that was on super unleaded and with new filters, oil bla bla bla after what they did.. doubt its still that now cos it sounds like a diesel again.


It was a laugh at Reading and u taking things off my car but its abit old now. Im just trying to learn abit more about how this all works and see my options. I wanted to go into automotives but didnt get the chance..yet.

You've got a lot of learning to do if you don't know what a sump is.

Best thing to do is pish about with your engine and learn what everything is and what it does then come back and seriously think about it.

 

dez a sump is the bottom part of the engine. do the above ^^

jack the car up, lay under the sump and unbolt it. your learn very fast
